This is John Coulton BSc (Hon) who is the other founding partner of the business. John is a fellow of the NAEA and a Member of ARLA. He often spends most of his days in the lettings department with the lettings team. His experience with lettings is a great help for advising on investments and buy to let properties. John also has a wealth of knowledge within the sales market too and is always on hand to help with any tricky situations we have, his 35 years of experience are invaluable.

Claire Coulton MARLA Finance and Accounts

Claire is a member of ARLA - the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Her main role here is dealing with the all-important money! Claire collects the rents, pays the contractors and makes sure the landlords get paid too!

Abi Johns Lettings Administrator

Abi’s role within the office varies from dealing with new let enquires, rent payments and accounts to general organisation and updating of the lettings properties. She maybe the newest member of the lettings team but she has settled in so quickly and has already become a valued member of the team.

Tracy, Falcon Lettings in Plymouth

Tracy Lethbridge Property Maintenance

Tracy is in charge of the initial schedule of condition reports on properties (Inventory) these are then passed onto the tenants at the start of the tenancy. This report is then used to compare against the check out and confirm if the property has been returned to the landlord in a suitable/acceptable condition. Tracy then liaises with Claire to activate the deposit release once the check out has been done.

Jess Withers Property Inspections and Maintenance

Jess has the important role of carrying out the quarterly inspections and works with John on the property maintenance. Another main role for Jess is making sure all properties have an up to date gas safety certificate.
